Can anyone recommend some private seamstress with good prices in the Washington, DC area?

I worked with Lola from I Do, I Do Wedding Gowns in Rockville. She's based out of her home in Rockville and had reasonable prices for the area. I was quoted alterations starting at $200 - $350 for bridal shops all over the area. My total cost with Lola for bodice work, hem and a french bustle was $189. I used Pattrapon in Kensington, MD (right by Bethesda.) She modified an existing dress into a wedding dress. Her shop is lovely and she was very professional, but I was only average happy with the final result. However, I am comfortable recommending her because I had some complicated issues (she had to cut my dress in two to do what needed to be done, plus my size changed dramatically during the course of wedding planning.)
