e-mail messages for threads that you subscribe to

If it would be possible to add the subject of the thread (and the screen name of the new poster) to the e-mail messages that are sent to you when you subscribe to a thread, that would be great. I am constantly forgetting which topic number relates to which thread and I am more interested in checking back on some threads quickly than others.

I used to post on one of the babycenter boards a while ago and their e-mail messages re: new posts give you both the subject of the thread and the screen name of the person who posted a new message to the thread. It's a very nice feature.
