Default Where do posts go to die??

I wonder what happens to very old posts, and whether there is a plan for purging them in any way? Just a curiosity of whether our children will be able to google us in 10 years or so ;)

    Many thanks.

We can purge threads older then X date, but we haven't to this point. On some subjects, it might be helpful to have a historical perspective (if you are researching stroller brands, seeing a history of 5 years of comments might be good). Yet we can see how that is less important for other forums.

I guess we should have that conversation with the community!

That would be great (the conversation with the community part).

Some places have a privacy policy and the purging may be part of that policy.

sorry I keep making more work for you ;)

Default Alan and Denise- please forwarn us if you purge

There are many threads that I would love to copy before that...
ONe of my favorite threads ever was PHIRY just saying something like "Godspeed" to me when we left for Ukraine...I still get goosebumps thinking of her posting that to me and cheering us on...

Please just give us a little heads up if you don't mind so we can print things that mean a lot to us :)

    Thank you!!!
