Newborn baby stolen from hospital in KY.

Sorry for the long URL, tinyurl.com wasn't working for some reason.

Oh my word- I can't even begin to imagine....

When Charlie was born, the L&D floor went into lockdown that afternoon as they feared a baby was missing- apparently the baby's id/security tag slipped off his ankle for a bit. Charlie was in the room w/us at the time, but I didn't even want to let him go after that.

We'll be praying for those poor parents until they have their little baby back safe in their arms.

Okay, how scary is it that she was an employee at the hospital?!?!

Thank goodness they found the baby girl!

That is so frightening! Like you Joanne, I'm floored that it was a hospital employee! Yikes!

Thank god she was found alive. There was another one that happened a week or so ago, was posted on another board I visit. That child too was found alive the next day. Makes you want to either have the baby at home or at least not let anyone take them out of your room!!

Wow, I'm glad she was found. I can't imagine being a high school senior and mother.

Anyway, at the hospital where Ds was born they had these huge electronic devices on the babies ankles and alarms would sound if they left the ward.
