Reichen's first day of school -pictures!!!

I know the trend is not to share pics like we use to but hoped others would share their school pictures IF they felt comfortable.

Reichen woke up this morning all excited!!!!
I feared karsh, Tristan and Bronwyn would sleep thru it since the bus runs at 7:50, but both boys woke up with like 10 minutes to spare and as I grabbed the camera to run outside I glanced in my room to make certain Bronwyn was asleep and caught her admiring her wrist in motion. So long story longer...we were all there to kiss him off!!!!!!!

We got pics of Reichen on the front porch, daddy shaking his hand to congratulate him and Reichen and myself sporting our chuck Taylors (mine are like 15 years old). then of course had to hold up the bus to get that picture. They have such an open door policy there that we then all went and joined him for lunch.

He loved school...I am so impressed...and just couldn't be happier. Everywhere I went in the school I was stopped and complemented on how "nice and polite" my son is!!!!! He makes me so proud...

Karsh cried and tried to run after the school bus which kind of suprised me and then Tristan did the same thing..."my Reichen" they both kept saying...I grabbed a cute picture of Tristan crying for Reichen that I am including...

Oh Neve, those are great photos, thank you so much for sharing!!!! Reichen looks adorable, and I'm so glad he had a fun day. I love how you all join in to celebrate this milestone.

Neve, these pictures are priceless! I love how your entire family got to wish him off AND you got to join him for lunch. The school sounds fabulous and I'm so glad Reichen enjoyed it! Reichen is totally adorable and I love how you both are showing off your shoes. :) The pictures of Tristan is totally sweet! You've done good, Mama!

How lucky Reichen is to have his whole family see him off on his first day of school. What a fabulous memory for him. I think people saying how nice and polite your child is is the absolute greatest compliment any mama can hear. Congratulations to you! :)

You must look at your babes all the time and think how lucky you are to have them...and they must look right back at you, thinking the same thing. What a wonderful home you have created for these children, Neve. Reichen must have gone off to his first day of school knowing, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you love him to pieces.

Sorry - I'm a little emotional still after Marisa's link about the little tribe of babies walking out of Katrina. Seeing your pics after reading that story makes my heart hurt at the inequity of life.

Those are such fabulous pictures. Reichen looks so proud. I love that sweet face of his. And it is so neat that you could all go have lunch together. What a neat first day of school!
