Default RE: Most economical way to do helium balloons for party?

I've bought the tank at Michael's for 40% off for the past 2 years. I also bought a bag of little plastic clamp things, so that I didn't have to tie the balloons. Not sure what the clamps are called and also can't remember where I bought them, but I'm sure they won't be hard to find. I had one person blowing up ballons and one person clamping and tieing with ribbon. Piece of cake!

Our dollar stores sell helium filled latex balloons for 50 cents a piece. Thats what we did for DS last party. I priced them elsewhere and most stores we're asking a dollar or more a piece. This was the best deal I could find.
