Default Warm comforters for toddler beds

So we have (knock on wood) I think finally REALLY transitioned DD to the toddler bed. We have one small problem. Her new room gets fairly cold at night and she doesn't like layers. She does a pretty good job keeping a blanket on at night, but right now I have her under 2 fleece blankets and a quilt.

I looked at PBK and Company Kids, and both have down and synthetic comforters for $49 and $59 respectively. Are there other choices?

    Thanks!
Beth, mom to older DD (8/01) and younger DD (10/06) and always missing Leah (4/22 - 5/1/05)

I don't know about other alternatives, but I just saw the PBK downs IRL a few days ago and they are fabulous! I liked the synthetic one better because it feels softer.

We have a goose down "throw blanket" on ours right now. We haven't used it yet, but it is just about the right size. I have it folded at the end of the bed right now.
I see them everywhere from Eddie Bauer, Costco, or Target and they are pretty inexpensive.
