Need Help Posting Picture

Hi Ladies.
Can someone give me a quick tutorial on posting pictures? The last time I did this, they were too big to view properly. I'm new to the digital revolution so please forgive me!

open your picture in a photo program, then reduce the size and save as... (you don't want to overwrite your original photo file or you will lose quality). Then when you are posting click on the link below the Attachment window and it will take you from there. If you want the pic to show in your post, be sure to check that before you download on the downloading screen. HTH! If you need more details, just ask!
