custom full size bedding

We are beginning the transation for dd to a big girl bed and I think I have found fabric that I would love to use for the bedding/window treatment/toy box cover etc but I have NO SEWING SKILLS whatsoever...how would you go about getting it made?? I've looked into a local fabric store for recs but the only people they gave me names for only do clothes...HELP!!
