I'd love to know that! The only things I know that fit are:
Hanna wiggle pants (but I think they stop at size 90 :( )
Lands End one piece playsuits/rompers
For girls, LE leggings are pretty roomy and can accommodate a trim CD.Beth, mom to older DD (8/01) and younger DD (10/06) and always missing Leah (4/22 - 5/1/05)

They do stop at 90, but I was wondering if the "swedish sweats" would work. I ended up with some size 80 summer two-piece PJs which were from the older line and they have NO diaper room.

Please Mum pants are wonderful! Even their non-stretch pants have room for a cloth diaper butt. I believe their stores are only in Canada, but they also have a website...try www.pleasemum.com
