ISO Jeans with full thighs

I'm realizing as I type this that just-turned-5 DD may be officially past the "toddler" bargains board, but I'll ask anyway... Anyone know of any brands of girls' jeans (size 6) that are styled with a fuller thigh? All the ones I've seen in the stores lately have skinny thighs and flare at the ankle, and that's not the shape that we need. The basic toddler ones generally fit her fine, but she's past last year's 5T ones, and the girl sizes aren't styled the same way.

Have you tried Children's Place? They have several different styles, and they have adjustable waists.
