Ryan pooped in the toilet yesterday!

Ryan was having his nightly naked time before bed last night and when I walked in to his room he had "the look" on his face. I asked him if he had to go Mr. Poopy pants (we always call it this and I have a song to go along with it :P) and he just stared at me. I said lets go to the potty and I lifted him up on the huge toilet and then he went. I screamed for DH and we had a poop party to celebrate! I can see how successfully potty training fills you up with pride because DH and I were floored about the whole thing.

Now I'm not expecting miracles here at 14 months (I know it does more harm than good if you try too soon), but he does understand the diaper concept. His favorite trick when he learned to take his dipes off is to wait for you to be right there, rip it off and then pee on the floor. :)

We were so proud and when DH came in he said, "Way to go Deb, that was a huge poop."

Congrats Debbi and way to go (literally) Ryan!

We've only had pee on the potty so far, I'm still waiting to catch him at the right time for a poop! :)

WOW! Logan's jealous now... he never even notices if he poops in his diaper. At this point he could care less. Ryan, you are amazing :)
