Default Suggestion needed for toddler 'booster' at a kitchen island

My DD is sick of her high chair and wants to eat with the family.. The problem is that we eat on our kitchen island, which is taller than a standard table. Any suggestions? I cannot put a booster seat on a bar stool without feeling like negligent parent of the year. I was thinking of the Kinderzeat, but it is expensive and may not be tall enough. Thanks. Kristan

    Hi Kristan:
I'm thinking about the Kinderzeat too. My son is very hyper and really could use that footrest, and he can climb up into the seat by himself.
Does anyone have experience with this chair? It would help us a lot! Thanks!

I'm on the hunt for a similar product and found a youth chair at: http://www.organicbebe.com/detail.asp?product_id=RL05. It may not be high enough for your needs, though. We're struggling to find something like the KinderZeat, but with a lower price tag.
