Target dishes made in China

Hi there. I enjoyed these books and am hoping someone on this forum can help me. Today I purchased some Target-brand painted plastic dishes--the kind that are divided into sections with little animals painted on them. Well my husband just noticed they were made in China. Does anyone have thoughts about whether we should worry about this given all the things w/ lead in painted toys from China--should we toss them out just to be safe? Or does someone out there know they're OK? Would love some opinions on this. My daughter loved eating off her circus plate at dinner tonight! Thanks.
