    Default Booster seats

Hi. I have a 2 1/2 year old who is 30 pounds and 37 inches tall. What would be the best booster seat for her? She is in a Britax RA now, but I am planning to move my 5 1/2 month old into that seat. Do you think it would be safer to use a booster seat that comes with the 5-point harness or would it be just as safe with the seat belt option (i.e. Britax Starriser/Comfy)? And which booster seat have you found that works well for the sleeping toddler? We travel a good bit for long distances.

    Thank you,

    JBJ

I'd rather see her in a combo seat with a harness at this age. She can use the harness for another 10 pounds, which may be awhile at her age. They give better sleeping support too.

Check the Toddler Bargains booster report ($4.95 I think) for a full report of all the boosters, or my website, www.carseatdata.org, for a quick review.
