Evenflo comet Vs. Graco platinum cargo

It seems like the comet is the new latch version of the appollo which is recommended. However, my son (2 1/2 and quite tall) does take naps on long trips so I was going to get the platinum cargo. Is it as safe? Do the lap belt adjusters work. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure what the Platnum cargo is. Perhaps the Graco Treasued CarGo? With the CarGos, make sure you get one with a front harness adjuster. The Treasued has a back adjuster, the Grand and Ultra have front adjusters.

The CarGos do have deeper side wings. So if you and your son like the look of it better, go for it!
