Safety Harness - Need advice!

At BRU yesterday I purchased the only Safety Harness I could fine - from Safety 1st. I've found another heavier-duty model online from The Right Start. Any advice as to which one is more ideal? My little guy, almost 14 months, is strong and loves to explore!!!

I'm not sure what this is.....you meant those things that are on your childs chest and you hold the "line"???caroline
