    Default Allterrain stroller

I just purchased an allo Baby 3 wheel jogger stroller from the babycenter. I was surprised when I put it together that the headrest was short. My son is 34 inches tall. I want a stroller or jogger to walk in the woods, I don't jog. Is a swivel front wheel important, it was difficult to turn this one. Also my wrists hurt from taking him on a walk. Does anyone suggest a stroller that's light and good for a short mom to push(i'm 5'2") . My son is 2 1/2.

I have heard that backrest is short...if your not jogging at all the swivel wheel will make life easier ;)

Now the next golden question...how much do you want to spend?

I'm the same height as you, i have a mountain buggy urban it's very comfortable for me too push, but the downside is price it's expensive..

Some also have the phil and teds Kiwi, a similar style, i've had one also it folds a bit smaller than the Mountain buggy but the handle is taller and i hear for V2, the lastest model it's even taller so it was not as comfortable for me as my mountain buggy.

Next for the more moderate price range, some like the instep/schwinn they make a swivel style..i've never seen them though so i can only relate others comments.

One more is Valco also a swivel 3 wheeler...Rodney at kiwi-kid carries them, their heavier than the other two phil and teds and mountain buggy but maybe worth a look also.

I don't think a swivel wheel is that important for outdoor use. In fact, I find fixed-wheels easier. (I do have both.)I think you'd be far more comfortable with a Baby Jogger or Kool Stride. My Kool Stride just sails along!

I really like my Bertini Shuttle M5. I am 5'5", but the handle is quite adjustable for comfort for either my husband who is 6' or me...and I think it can be made lower. The wheels can swivel, or not...easy to adjust on the fly. All terrain wheels...fits my 2.5 yo sans napper bar..actually, he would fit with it, but it's easier without.
