Stow away 5 pt. harness on Aria Twin Traveler?

I recently got the Aria Twin for my 27 month old and newborn. I would like to hide/stow away the 5 pt. harness for my toddler, as she likes to hop in and out. I heard that it is easy to do, but I can't quite figure it out.

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to hide the harness? Preferably so she is not still having to sit on half of the harness.

With the peg perego strollers when you put yout dd into her seat you hook the back of the harness onto the little fabric hook on the seat. You then tighten up the harness as much as you want so that your dd can not get out and once the harness is tight you remove it from the hook in the back so that she can move around in her seat, but still be secure with the 5 pt harness.
