Target (B&M not online) just put this on clearance for $17.49.

Some other items also on 75% off clearance:

If you're not familiar with Target clearance, the items are usually tagged with a red sticker. Sometimes the prices are not correctly tagged. You need to verify the price by scanning the UPC at a Price Check located throughout the store.

Also, it is hit or miss if you can find the item but you have a good shot since this was just lowered in price last week.
