Has anyone ever visited WDW during "winter break" usually the last week of feb? Not Easter/spring break but Winter break? How are the crowds? They are considering the "mod/high season but I never read any mention of it.

If you are talking about President's Day week, you could not pay me to go then. Most of New England is on winter break (except NH is the following week), the flights are $$$$ and the park is very busy.
