Ok weird question I know but I've never been to Florida in the winter so I have no clue about the weather. I know its warm but is it actually warm enough to swim? Are the outdoor pools heated?

The Disney pools are heated. In December you never know. It could be 80 degrees and sunny or 60 and rainy. I always take a bathing suit to WDW though just in case.

It is really random. We have worn hats and gloves one day, and been swimming the next. We go nearly every January and have experienced temps from the 40s to the 80s. Really helpful for packing, huh!?!?
