Default What about houses that aren't new?

When we were starting to look for houses, I saw your book and was soooo excited at first. But after I picked it up and scanned through it, I was very disappointed to discover that it was all about brand new houses and building houses (neither of which we could afford). We have since bought a house (built in 1963) and are very happy with our purchase.

Would be great if you could publish a book about buying "used" houses.

Thanks for reading our book. And thanks for that suggestion. Good point---"used" homes are another whole topic. We appreciate your idea!

We just closed escrow on a used home built in early 60s...everything is original and whatever we have touched, have either was broken or got broken! We have found that this could be the title of your next book "Your NEW old house"!
