So here's what I think about the two. System 1 is better for hard core toning. System 2 is more tightening what ya got. I really like the new kickboxing moves in System 2 and the stick is great for ab work - OUCH BIG TIME!!! I think I already admitted to this, but my balance stinks! The System 2 really uses balancing as a toning tool and boy you can feel it. I love both systems, but System 2 is better for just plain sweating. I definately will be using both together. System 1 will always be my first love. So that's the Julie's critic corner for today!!!
