I just wanted to urge you gals to drink as much water as you can. This is a great way to ward off high calorie drinks: soda and even fruit drinks! Plus I read in a fitness magazine that if you think you are hungry your body may just be thirsty and you think you are hungry. I read that if you are hungry (and you have already had a meal) to try drinking a glass of water and it may curb your crave! It actually has worked for me from time to time, when I remember to try it!
