i have a 6 month old daughter and have never really worked out regularly before. before pregnancy, i was an easy size 4 due to my waitressing schedule. now, i can barely fit my size 6 clothes. please help! i lost my tiny derriere and all over shape and tone of my 5'5" body. i've been a stay at home breastfeeding mom all this time and now am starting to wean to formula due to a part time job. i find it difficult enough to schedule anything around the baby's clock let alone a workout schedule.
