I was getting dressed for work today and DH says... have you lost a few pounds this week? I told him he was being ridiculous: 1) you don't lose weight that fast and 2) you certainly can't "see" the difference that fast.
Well, after I kicked him out of the bathroom, I got on the scale and I have lost 2.5 pounds since MOnday! Hurrah! I know it's mostly water weight, but hey, I'll take it.
I'm laughing too... I know I'm not "cheating" on my WW too becaues the first week I always feel starved. And I have been forcing myself to NOT eat my lunch at 10:30 because I'm so hungry... hold out til 11. So then I want to eat dinner at 4:30. Ahhh, next week will be better.
