    I'm pretty sure they're 1 pt for 2 fig newtons - at least, that's what I've been journaling them as, and I'm sure I didn't make it up :)

    If you can find the whole wheat kind, I think the higher fiber makes them 1 pt for 3...but don't quote me on that!

    I don't eat the other flavors of fig newtons, only the fig kind, and I generally get the store brand, at that.

    President's Choice, which is the store brand in a lot of stores I've seen, has a whole wheat no-trans fats kind that's mighty tasty. It's different, but not in a bad way, from the regular "fruit and cake" newton :)
