    Default WW or Curves??

My psycho skinny SIL is getting married in August and this has inspired me to at the very least loose my baby pooch. Soooo my question is should I try curves? There is one right where i work so it would be easy to go in during lunch or even after I drop dd off at daycare in the morning.....OR should I do WW ....does anybody have a strong opinion on either?

    thanks,

    Chetna

It seems to me that these would complement each other- exercise and diet changes. I would look into doing both if they both appeal to you. WW is pretty popular here (it seems) and you can use tools at the meetings and online.

I did both before TTC and lost 30 lbs. At one WW meeting, we discovered that a lot of women were doing both. :)

    Good luck!!!!
