DH, myself, and a couple that we are close with are going to be starting this diet after we get back from vacation, around Sept.3. Has anyone done it, doing it, thinking about it? We are of course skeptical about the results, but we have been doing some research for a couple of weeks are are still interested. We will be doing the injections + 500 cal. a day diet. Just curious, I am aware this might belong in the mommy fit but I really would like some input and I know the lounge gets the most traffic.
Let me just add that for the past 3 months I have been riding my bike a minimum of 12 miles a day, (4 to 5 days a week) usually more in the range of 15 to 20 miles and have lost a grand total of 8 lbs. To say the least I am frustrated.
Any input would be appreciated...
