Default Post your recent fluffy mail pictures here!

Our very lovely Juliet from the boards dyed me a lovely prefold and t-shirt set. I am so pleased with it! It's really bright and fun and we get tons of comments on it. I think the tye-dye fits DS's personality perfectly. Juliet is wonderful to work with and I really recommend her. Check out her site at http://www.bumbershootbaby.com

I'm also including a pictures of DS wearing his Woolybumbums shorts. He wore them all day long on his birthday. They are so cute and I'm so glad I decided to get them. They really made the day seem extra special. Also Sarah, the owner, was so sweet to do a rush order for me.

I'm anxiously awaited my RB woolie-pullie. It was waaay out of my price range and I'm hoping it will be as fabulous as I anticipate.

    edited to resize pcs.

Oh, wow! He's adorable! The tie-dye stuff really does suit him! And of course, the fish cover looks much better on him. I love the colors. Thanks for sharing. Okay, I've posted one of them before, but I'll post her three latest pocket dipe pictures:

    In her Baby Blanket:

    In her Snap-Ez:

ETA: By the way, Juliet, that's awesome work. I love the colors!

Sorry for the rotten picture, but here is one of Neel in his "cow" dipe - a fleece pocket dipe from Doodle-bottoms (my cocker is in the background).

Those Snap EZ pockets are really intriguing Eileen. I think I'll have to get one to try. What was the site again?

Nita, I love the cow!! Is it fleece on the inside and out? Have you had problems with wicking at all? So cute!!

The Cow dipe has fleece on the outside. I've had no problems, other than some compression wicking once after 45 minutes sitting in the car. The outside of the dipe was slightly damp, but his shorts and the car seat were fine. DS is a light wetter, though. I generally keep the fleece dipes to use for when he's going to be in the playground for a while - they are so much cooler and more comfortable than the PUL ones, or disposables. Daycare changes him into a PUL dipe usually,(Babyblanket or FB) before we head home, and when he's going to be sitting for 30-40 minutes.

The cow dipe is the only really cute dipe we have. I'm so tempted to get more, but can't justify any more dipes. As it is, I have enough dipes to get me through half a week without doing wash! And that's not counting the prefolds.

Wow we have some adorable babies on this board! I love the tie-dyed prefolds and Birthday Boy bottoms! I am going to order some playsilks today...and Juliet mentioned that she is looking into some long sleeved shirts for Fall/Winter! So adorable! I also can't resist the snap-ez diaper...especially that flower print! Too cute! I showed DD Neel's cow diaper and she said..."Mooo"...ackk I feel she "needs" one...it looks so comfy!

thanks Eileen! And, Angie, you were GREAT to work with...so patient :) come back anytime.

Eilieen, are the snap ez and snapping turtles both pocket dipes? They look great, how do you like them?

Oh, we have no new fluff lately. I'm saving my pennies for a pair of longies and a pair of shorts for Finn. Niether are done yet but hopefully will done soon. Of course, I'll show pics.

Juliet, the snap ez and snapping turtles are both pocket dipes. The Snap-Ez are probably my favorite pocket dipe. The snapping turtle was also a test dipe and is the new style. I like them much better than the older style because of the two rows of snaps. It's not as perfect a fit as the Snap-Ez, but still pretty good. I think I like the Snap-Ez so much because they're so soft and gently conform to her shape. They're also low-rise diapers, so I don't have to worry about them hanging down when I stand her up. My guess is that they'll end up fitting under pants more easily than some of my other dipes, PFs/Covers included. I'm still playing around with the stuffings. I have yet to try the LizaJane in them, but that's on my next try. :)

Speaking of longies, I'd love one of the WoolyBumBums, but that ain't going to happen. I was able to get a pretty cute long wool diaper cover/pants from Tinker on ebay for very little. I think it's going to be perfect for fall/winter. I'll eventually show you pics with her wearing it--but here's a look at it on my bed:

Wow, it looks like a nice fit. :) Very cute. Do you find fleece to be warm? I do have a fleece cover and sometimes, it seems to warm for the summer.

Hey Angie, the site is http://www.snap-ez.com/index.html. You can choose your outer and inner fabric. I think she also has a gallery of some of the color combos. If you order one before Wednesday (15th), you can get it for $9.50. After that she's raising the price to $12.
