    Default Deals on MOE inserts?

My littlest one is just about ready for her Med fuzzibunz and I just realized that I don't have any inserts since DS is still in his XLs. Sigh! I'm wondering whether any of you ladies knows of anyone who has a good deal on ordering multiple inserts (no dipes). The deals I've seen have all been about buying inserts with the dipes. TIA!

I bought mine from naturalbabies.com because she had a deal on a pack of six. I can't find that listed now, though -- she does offer a 12 pack of small inserts for $36. I don't see any large MOE inserts on her site at the moment -- she might be temporarily out of stock or her site might not be displaying them properly. You might try sending her an email to ask.

I've bought many times from natual babies and I've always been happy with them -- good prices, good CS and fast shipping.

You might consider Cottonbabies one-size inserts. I use those in Med FBs, at night, and they fit well, and work great. They are very cheap, $2.50 each, I think. They are microfiber, like the MOE. I have no MOEs to compare them to, though, so I can't speak to any comparison of the two.

Wow, they're up to $2.99 now. I'll have to wait for a code or sale and try these things. For now, I'll stick with my SEZ and LJ's even though it might be nice to try a non-hemp night.

I think there's some kind of microfiber shortage or something. ;) Seriously, MOE raised the wholesale prices on their inserts by 37% (from $2.20 to $3 each), so if you can find a price around $3, it's a good deal. MOE also fixes the prices on their products, so unless there's a special authorized by MOE or a coupon for a store (like an anniversary sale or something), you should see around the same price everywhere.

Long story short, Cottonbabies inserts are a good deal--lower than the wholesale price of MOE and they've gotten good reviews here.

Must be some of those recent articles on CD'ing in the various parenting magazines. ;-)

your other option is go for the microfiber towels. Yeah its a pain to always hae to trifold them, but much cheaper. Walmart now carries an 8 pack for under $5. Granted they are the blue ones but they are thicker and nicer then the white. (I just have issues as most of my dipes are pale colored and the blue shows through a little...silly really) But is you are handy, fold them then sew the edges closed. (one of these days Im going to do this!)

Second the microfiber towel idea. Cheap, and easily available. They work just fine in med FBs, and will work for larger dipes too. These are the bulk of my insert stash.

Yup, me too. I have one MOE large insert that I got long ago and I just find myself reaching for the towels much more often. I think it's because I can customize their size more for any particular pocket. I'm in the midst of testing out a large towel and it's going very well.
