who makes there on diapers on a there sewing machien

I just bought a sewing machine this past weeekend and made my first pillow. I want to make fitted diapers for my daughter on my machine. has anyone tried this and how did it come out? i also would like to make prefitteds. but people say i need a serger for prefitteds and inserts. if u make ur own diapers where did u find a pattern and what did u use for materials.

Im getting ready to attempt sewing my own fitted (going out to buy they elastic and velcro tonight!) here are some resources that I found to be helpful. There are also several places to buy patterns if you feel more comfortable about that option. HTH
