For your anniversary, maybe you both can have couple time at a nice dinner sans Mari so that you can regroup, reenergize, and get ready for a birthday party. :D

ETA: Kaya showed up just four weeks before my birthday and a few months before our 10th anniversary, so for my birthday, Kaya was the gift and for our 10th anniversary, Kaya was the gift. :P

Yes, a mom and me. But I can't decide if the smaller of the two periwinkle would work for me. It's 4 yards. I really just want to carry Cadie facing forwards like Angela had Kami at the retreat.

I had Mari in my hug-a-bub this weekend facing forward and I thought she and I would both hate it. Honestly, it was the best weight distribution I have had with any of our carriers, even kozy, ergo, etc. She is pushing 23-24lbs and it was really good. She was SO HAPPY in it..even let me sit down and look at my email and she didn't even bang on the keys or anything like when we hold her. It was amazing!

The only thing that bugged me is that it did seem to need to be re-adjusted because it's so stretchy.
