It's a boy!!!!!!

Stefan Grey has arrived!

Due to the worsening of my pre-eclampsia, my ob decided to induce me at 36 weeks. Despite the early delivery Stefan was born on Tuesday, May 3, and weighed in at 8 lbs., 1 ounce and was 20 inches long. After a little time under the jaundice lights he is doing well. I had to be given magnesium which made the delivery very long and tiring, but well worth the result.

Sage is loving the new brother and after 5 days in the hospital we are all happy to be home together.

Congratulations! How exciting! I can't believe he was 8 pounds at 36 weeks. Imagine if you went full term! Enjoy every minute!

Congratulations, Dana! Wow, I guess you can be assured that your preeclampsia was not hindering Stefan's growth! I'm glad to hear he is doing well and hope that you are recovering well. Welcome, baby Stefan!

Congratulations! I have been so worried about you! I emailed you, and I was bugging Maureen to see if she'd heard from you! I was worried that you had preeclampsia and complications and was praying you were ok. So thrilled to hear that you and Stefan are healthy now! Can't wait to see pictures of your newest boy!
