Intro

Hi there, I figured it was finally time to de-lurk. I have been following these boards for 2, yes, 2 years now, when I was expecting my first... avidly following forums on cribs, bedding, etc, then getting obsessed with strollers, diaper bags, then girls' clothes thanks to these boards!

Now I'm expecting #2 (it's a boy!) and I started the process all over again, going back to maternity clothes and bedding. I tell so many people about these boards and end up researching a lot (all) of our purchases here too. I'm also a pediatrician with interests in behavior and development so I have followed with great interest the valuable insights all you fellow experienced parents have about different issues like sleep, feeding, play etc.

The reason I'm finally "coming out" is that I was a little embarassed the other day. My husband said, "you should post such-and-such idea to that board you're always reading" and I told him I never officially signed up in the 2 years I've been following it! So here I am, sitting in Portland, OR, mommy to my precious almost-2-year-old daughter, and another one due in a few weeks! Hello!
