Has anyone used a Porta Pak by Arm's Reach?

I've never used one or seen one IRL, but the strap actually looks kind of painful to me. It looks like it would dig into your shoulder and neck, especially if I were holding one of my 23 lb chunky monkies. Maybe it's just the way it's positioned in the picture, so I could be wrong.

The strap looks too narrow to be comfortable. I have a WRF HipBaby, which looks a lot like this carrier, though with a wider strap, but I found it to be uncomfortable. But DH does use it - but then, he wouldn't be caught dead in a pouch or a ring sling!
