    But of course

I think this with black silk would be sooo cool. Then the kiwi one would be superfun:) So the red one wouldnt get used much. I actually wonder if an adjustable pouch can be made from this. I so wish I could sew.
I will be thrilled to get the kiwi one but probaly shouldnt get my hopes up quite yet.
Neve - I think you need to move back to NOVA - we would have a blast

Default RE: co-op for gorgeous silk ring slings *Update*

....i had to read this.... :) they are sooo nice

do you all know how this differs from a silk zolo ?? maybe it would be thinner and cooler ?? i looked at the website and really like the red silk - so if you are thinking of selling the second, please let me know - and i also the white one, since i too live i south florida, and it would be a dressier alternative to my solarveil.

i love the kiwi, but that would be too extravagant for me, especially as i have quite a few slings already.... and would never dream of taking that last one!

is the red silk one that you got as a sample easy to use ?? and did you ever get prices ?

sorry to hammer you with questions -

    thanks

    Hi Lynn,
I am waiting to hear back from Amy on the prices of the slings everyone is interested in.
The sling is very easy to use and very comfortable. One of my friends who has back problems commented on how comfortable it is.
My understanding is that the zolo's are brocade and two layers which make them heavier. The oopa's are just a single layer so thinner and cooler and I am pretty sure the white one would be even cooler.
I will let you know if I decide to sell the red one - though Rashmi has first dibs on it.
I will also ask about the price of the white one.

    thanks for responding helene -

i love the white one, and it is more reasonable, so if the other person from florida (don't remember who) goes with the light blue one, count me in for the white one. completely impractical,,,, but so pretty !!

and when amy gets back to you, pls let me know about the pricing, since i may be able to be talked into a silk one if the white one is gone....

the e-mail i check most is lynnbraz at aol.com if you want to get in touch that way. i will be on the road today returning to fla since we needlessly evacauated up to south carolina, so wont be able to get back onlline till tomorrow.

    thanks

I am sooo bad. I am having Reverend Jan make a custom sling with that fabric. I am thinking on black so it can be more elegant and then my kiwi one will be fun. Or do you think fuschia or red? If I get both the daisy and kiwi I will be selling my red one since DH thinks 3 silk slings are 1 too many:)
