Default Want a fun summer sling to spice up my collection

    So spam me, please!

    I already have:
    1. Navy dragon silk brocade Zolo ring sling (I am loving the way this one feels lately with my 13 mo. old, 24 pounder)

    2. Boring khaki hotsling that is too big

    3. Blue cotton KK pouch, it is on loan to a friend with a newborn

    4. Eggplant fleece KK pouch, packed up till fall

    5. Lime green and yellow stripe catbirdbaby MT - Jack isn't loving this one and I'm more into the ease of a sling right now anyway

    6. Red Moby wrap - he is waaaay too heavy for this.

I want a fun print, or a solid with a fun tail fabric if a ring sling. And I could be persuaded to go lightweight gauzy wrap too.

    Ideas????

    TIA!

order something custom made from Jan at sleeping baby productions. She has lots of odds and ends and can make exciting tails.

I think you need a MeiTei since you already have everything else :) O love http://www.babyhawk.com/ . They are very comfortable, well made, and the fabric selection is awesome. You should also check out http://www.freehandbaby.com/ These have a smaller body so they're great for a hot summer. And of course there is http://www.kozycarrier.homestead.com/ . They only have a two week turnaround now according to the website. I've also heard good things about http://www.attachedtot.com/ but I have never seen them IRL.

A gauze wrap is really nice to have especially since you are experienced in wrapping. I wore mine all over Disney when Noah was almost two and I never felt strained. Here are a few links http://www.gypsymama.com/shop/breeze.htm , http://www.calinbleu.com/

Also, the Ellaroo is a really nice, lightweight wrap for summer. They're pretty inexpensive and they have some new prints that are really pretty. http://www.ellaroo.com/fabrics.html
