It looks kind of bulky to me with the padding. For a little more $$ (less than $10 more), I'd get a maya lightly padded. It's an awesome beginner RS. I have one and it's great- so easy to use and almost no adjusting! And the shoulder that has light padding (the rest is unpadded) is so comfy with my almost 20 lb.-er!

I haven't tried it but I used their Ultimate Baby Wrap and thought it was ridiculous. This company seems to be great at getting into big box stores with a low-priced product, but I'm just not sure the quality is there.
