What is the best kind of diaper bag if I'm carrying my baby in front in a Baby Bjorn? There are so many styles - backpack, shoulder strap, urban sling, etc. I'm afraid of all those straps getting tangled up (or worse: baby gets an arm or leg tangled in a strap) and I'm wondering if anyone has found an elegant solution.

Congratulations!
What works best for me is a backpack. I am not sure it is elegant though. I put the Bjorn on first and then the backpack. The backpack does not get in the way at all.

A backpack worked best for me when I carried Nate in the Bjorn.
