Eddie Bauer tote - new?

I'm eyeing the new Eddie Bauer tote bag (shown in natural on the website - $48). Does anybody have this bag? I'm wondering if the handles are long enough to wear over my shoulder (they look short to me in the picture). Also, are there inside pockets?

I have the messenger bag, which is awesome for short trips, but am looking for a larger diaper bag for all-day events such as going to Grandma's.

I was also wondering about any experiences wiht this bag. It looks great & EB has a great rep. Any reviews out there? After reading the reviews of the improved Lands End bag, I'm seriously considering this one.
