Anyone have a good smaller backpack diaper bag to recommend?

I am expecting in a few weeks. I bought the Eagle Creek diaper bag/backpack based on a great sale and recommendations on this web site. While I love it (and look forward to using it) I was thinking it might be a good idea to have a smaller one for quick day trips and when baby gets older. Does anyone have a small backpack diaper bag they like for day trips?

I like the Kelty Kids diaper backpack. It's my everyday diaper bag.

My eagle creek is the same size as the Kelty Kids Backpack, I was thiking of something smaller (that holds just enough for a quick trip somewhere). Thanks though! Any other ideas?

I recently purchased a McKenzie Kids Heather Tote which doubles as a backpack or diaper bag. It's small but seems to be pretty roomy. My sister really liked it and ordered it for herself. She thought it would be perfect for day time use.
