Personalized bags/ luggage?

Has anyone ordered personalized duffel bags, etc on the internet? If so, how was the quality and where did you order from?

I got mine from LL Bean.The quality was amazing and the customer service is the best i have ever seen. I actually thought the bags were too big when they arrived, and LL Bean took them back even after they were monagramed, sent me replacements right away, and paid the postage.
