I've had the SAME problems with both of my MSs--my Blue Choc. has already been exchanged once and is going back again and my Choc. Cord was exchanged one and I'm hoping that I won't have a problem again! It's terrible! I know that Fleurville is glad to get rid of the vinyl issues they had!

From birth: Loom Marsupial in Moss Green (currently for sale) and Kate Spade Large messenger in Black (recently sold).

Currently: Skip Hop Duo in Storm (light grey) and Vera Bradley CarryAll in Bermuda Blue. I am freaking IN LOVE with my Vera Bradley CarryAll. It is perfect for me right now. It has a place for everything and it's such a bright, happy, cheery pattern. I like my Skip Hop a lot, don't get me wrong, but I have to say it's gotten way less use since I bought the Vera bag.

This is so fun to read! I have a 6 mos old and have everyone thinks I'm crazy for needing more than one bag and looking for more. (Not many of my friends have kids yet). I see them as purses now. I don't carry a purse when I'm with my daughter and I'm with her 99% of the time. No one has only one purse, right??

Here's my list:

*Black hospital enfamil freebie (for about 2 weeks)

*Eddie Bauer bag (for my husband- don't know the name of it- it's navy and plaid- small)

Because of this site (I've been lurking for about a month)
*Red A7- love it
*Blue A7- on the way (b/c I can't find a pink- sad)

Looking to get-
*that new Skip hop Dash you guys are all talking about
*I like the Kate Spade pink dot noel messenger- but don't know how practical it is
*been eyeing those marsupials, too

My little one just turned 7 months this week and yes my DH thinks I am a little crazy with all my recent bag purchases.

Here is my short but expanding list:

Before board:
*LE DIA in Navy - used it only a few times since DD arrived; found it a bit bulky.
*LE Backpack black - bought it for airplane ride when DD was 4 months old; liked it and I am thinking I will use it again for our Hawaii trip in April.
*LE LT old version - this was the bag I used 99% of the time until I found this board. :)

Can you tell I was a black bag girl?

After finding this board:
*SH red canvas - love it so far.
*Alpha 7 red canvas - just got it last week, I think this is going to be my main bag.
*Chester Florette backpack - purchased and returned; love the backpack style but didn't love the pattern. I'm waiting for newer pattern that I like better.
*Posh Baby sage - recent impulse buy; not sure I'm keeping it since the color doesn't match my new P3 and Mac Quest.

ISO of small stylish diaper bag and also thinking about:
Escape Pod
Kate Spade Hobo Baby Bag
Chester tote in a pattern I like
Wristlet type of wallet to replace my current wallet

LOL the list could really go on but I'll stop here. Oh, ya, DH now doesn't mind my quest for bags once I pointed out that he is just as crazy about his golf clubs and the clubs are much more expensive than my bags!

Lucille, can you compare the reds on your Skip Hop and your Alpha 7. I am interested in an Alpha 7 in red, but in looking at them, the reds seem very different. I loved the deep red of my old skip hop (just not the depth of the bag), but the red canvas Alpha 7 seemed lighter in color - not sure if it was the store or the bags! :)

Hi,

I would say the A7 has more orange tone in its red than the SH so it is a bit brighter and not quite the deep red of SH. I probably prefer the red in SH more but I still like the A7 just fine. I am attaching a pic of the bags side by side, HTH.

Aaahhh, not so bad :). It feels good to confess. Considering the time I spend scouring ebay, it could be much much worse.

DH thinks I'm obsessed, but until I have as many diaper bags as he has fishing rods, he is not allowed to complain!!!! I'm just catching up ;)
