Default Strap pad for an expo?? Do I need one? Where would I get one??

I have heard mentioned a few times on here something about getting a strap pad or something to make the strap more comfortable I guess?? Is the bag that uncomfortable that I would definately need one??? If so where should I get it??
One other thing. The snack traps, is the only place to get them through one step ahead??Thanks a bunch you all are always so helpful!!!

See this post by Mariana for info on a recommended strap pad for Skip Hop bags:

As for the Snack Trap, you can buy it in person at BRU, The Right Start, Buy Buy Baby, and Burlington Coat Factory; as well as directly from the maker's website (http://www.snacktrap.com/). The Snack Trap website also carries extra covers, lids, and other products.

You can also find the snack trap in Toys R Us. I was just there and they now carry it.
