Those of you who use backpacks where do you put your cell phone??

I would like to have my cell phone in a place where I could just grab it but I'm not sure how to make that possible?? Do they sell something to attach to the straps that could hold a cell phone?? I hate having to take the backpack off just to answer the phone. Any ideas?

I don't use a backpack as a diaper bag per se, but when I do carry my backpack I put my cell phone in one of the external side pockets (meant for bottles). My backpack has the mesh side bottle pockets on either side & if I reach behind me I can usually grab it without taking it off (sometimes it takes a little Houdini work, but usually I can get to it).

I use a Timbuk2 Cell Phone Holster (http://tinyurl.com/776wk). It easily attaches to any shoulder strap or belt.
