Another Chester CS Rave!

I have always loved Chester's customer service, and I get to rave about them again today. I have a Classic bag in candy stripe that I spilled a bit of juice from a sippy in. Well the attached make-up case got wet and somehow it mildewed. I can't clean it because the stains are under the vinyl layer. I wrote to Chester asking them if they had any suggestions on cleaning it or if I could buy another that would match my bag. They wrote me right back and said not to worry they are sending me out a whole new diaper bag!

I own two of their bags and can't say enough good things about them. Customer service is so important and is usually very lacking in most companies. Chester is awesome!

Wow - great to hear. I'm also someone who is easily infuriated by poor customer service. I don't know why people start companies if they don't want to treat their customers well. Three cheers for Chester!
