Diaper bag for toddler and newborn
We're trying to space our kids 2 to 2.5 years apart. DD is currently 15 months. I have the Kecci and the LE Little Tripper?(which we have not used since DD turned 6 months). I like the Kecci but it's kind of flimsy and doesn't have room for my stuff. I like thing with compartments/lots of pockets vs one big black hole. So far the Kecci is pretty full with just DD's stuff. And i usally have to haul a separate food/lunch bag. What would you suggest for a toddler (2 to 2.5 yrs old) and a newborn? I'm going to BF but eventually we'll get to sippy/straw cups stage. I dont want anything too huge, maybe something that can hang over the stroller too?

RE: Diaper bag for toddler and newborn
I'm still searching too. Someone posted a link to this bag on the yahoo baby bags group, and I've been tempted to order it (though not in lime ;)):

I read that these bags are somewhat floppy. If you're looking for something like this style, lands end has a large tailored tote that is much more functional for a diaper bag, the pockets are actually big enough to hold diapers. And they also have excellent customer service.

i have the LE do it all diaper bag and i hate it. this one looks much better.
Has anyone seen the Skip Hop Exp IRL? it looks interesting as it expands on the bottom 7 inches or something...
Keep the ideas coming!!!

RE: Diaper bag for toddler and newborn
hi there. i asked the same question a few months ago. i have 2 girls, one is 26 months and the other is 7 weeks (so 25 months apart). i just started using the bumble jessica style bag. i really love it. it's a nice size- fits all their stuff, plus mine and lots of room to spare.
i was using the original skip hop but it wasn't big enough to hold stuff for 2 kids.
i used swivelers to attach the bag to my stroller and it worked perfectly. also, there's a site where you can order bumble bags with free shipping (i recently posted the info again on a thread titled "my circus strip bumble bag" or something like that).
good luck!

My sister uses the Lands End tailored tote-style diaper bag. It's pretty big!! Great organization, room for her wallet/keys/cell, change of clothes for the kids, sippys, cloth dipes, etc.

I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old and I love, love, love my Fleurville stroller tote in the gold flower. It is the perfect size and so comfortable to carry. Also it has O rings that clip onto the bag and can attach to a stroller. This is my all time favorite diaper bag so far.

Sandy, I was just looking at this bag at Nordstrom today (also checking out the Oilily bags). It looked really nice, but they only have the pale blue available. Is it easy to wear messanger style?
Thanks :)
