What's in your diaper bag for your 1+ year old?

My DS is 18 months old...

For him:
* D&W with changing pad, 1-2 size 3 disposble diapers and wipes container
-OR-
Mini wonderbag with one CD, wipes container and changing pad

* Sippy cup and snack trap

* small toy or cloth book

For mama:
* thinny thins wallet
* 3 lip balms (i'm obsessed)
* mints and gum
* bottle of water
* iPod Shuffle
* eyeglass cleaning cloth
* cell phone
* work pager
* pen
* notepad

I have a Skip Hop Duo, and this is what I carry:

3 size 4 Pampers diapers
1 Huggies hard wipes case
2 take & toss containers of snacks
1 sippy cup
1 small bottle of hand sanitizer
Tylenol infant drops
a few Band-Aids
sunscreen stick
couple small toys
disposable bib
small box of crayons
digital camera
car keys

And for me, a wristlet that holds my cell phone and small wallet.

I keep extra diapers and wipes in my car along with a blanket.
